We accept all major credit cards and cash payments for direct pay services. No insurance hassle.
We accept and process workers' compensation claims directly, so you may receive treatment at no out-of-pocket cost.
Motor Vehicle Accident Personal Injury Protection claims are accepted. Oregon's $15,000 minimum coverage typically covers treatment with no patient cost.
We provide itemized receipts for all services. You can submit these to your health insurance for potential reimbursement, even though we no longer bill insurance directly.
As of January 31, 2026, we no longer accept direct health insurance billing. However, we continue to provide excellent care with flexible payment options including cash, card, workers' compensation, and PIP claims. We issue detailed receipts for all services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration.
